Gwen Stefani’s Day Out with Kingston

Spending the day with her eldest son, Gwen Stefani and Kingston were spotted making their way around Beverly Hills, California on Thursday afternoon (February 25).

Joined by a male friend, the No Doubt frontwoman and her growing boy headed into the Barneys New York department store to check out the offerings before continuing along with the day.

As for her No Doubt efforts, Gwen recently revealed that the bands upcoming yet-to-be-titled album will be heavily influenced by 80s’ music.

“The last few weeks we’ve been listening to the worst of the 80’s, in the sense of bad but good,” Gwen said. “Pop songs, one-hit wonders, nifty songs, things like that. You just go back and find things that you love, and try to figure out how they made them.”

She continues, “They were doing stuff before, but things are kind of starting over. We might re-visit some of that stuff, but it’s the same old chase. It doesn’t matter how we get there – we want to get there, we will, and we’re having fun doing it.”

Gwen Stefani: Dental Duty

Tending to an oh-so-important errand, Gwen Stefani and son Kingston were spotted arriving at the dentist’s office in Beverly Hills on Thursday (February 18).

The “Hollaback” songstress looked fashionable, as always, as she and her precious three-year-old headed in for their dental appointment.

In related news, Gwen says she would love to have baby number three, but is just too busy with the re-launching of No Doubt along with her L.A.M.B. fashion line, among other things.

Of having another child, Stefani tells, “It could happen. But who knows. I kinda have a lot on my plate right now being a mom. My three-year-old is so naughty and I have the baby as well.”

Gwen Stefani Brings Zuma to Her L.A.M.B. Show

Showing off her latest looks, Gwen Stefani hit the catwalk for the L.A.M.B Fall 2010 Fashion Presentation during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City on Thursday (February 11).

The opening-day runway display was held at Milk Studios, with Miss Stefani posing alongside her models before heading backstage to join back up with her youngest son, Zuma Rossdale.

Meanwhile, Miss Stefani took a moment to offer her condolences/remembrance of late designer, Alexander McQueen, who just recently tragically passed away.

Gwen tells, “To me, from my perspective, he was a genius. I never got to meet him, I never got to go to any of his shows. . . He’s given me a few pieces that I wore one time to the Grammys, and these leather boots that come up to here [mid-thigh]. I have a couple pieces of his, he was so generous. It’s so devastating, I think people are going to feel it for a long time. It’s devastating.”

Gwen Stefani: Impatient Flyer

Readying up for a departing flight, Gwen Stefani was spotted strolling barefoot through the security checkpoint at LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Saturday (February 6).

Looking impatient as her son Zuma cried in line, the pop icon took it upon herself to reach in and pull out her items before they exited the X-Ray machine’s belt as security workers looked displeased by her actions, but let her proceed so that she could comfort her baby boy.

As for her work on No Doubt’s new album, Gwen’s guitarist bandmember Tom Dumont recently tweeted of their recent studio sessions, “Tony and Gwen are rocking the synth. Our little studio is warm and candlelit, above the glowing city.”

Recording together on January 20th for the first time since prior to Zuma’s birth, Dumont previously wrote, “Back in the studio together writing today. Synth horns=cheesy but fun!”
