Given her tendency to blow off her deposition dates, Britney Spears is gaining a reputation for stalling her custody case with Kevin Federline. But that’s all about to change.
The “Piece of Me” singer missed her most recent court-ordered deposition on December 12th considering she claimed she was too ill to show up. But the fact that she was photographed partying later that night has caused K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, to toughen up on her.
